How does Online Chat work?
Once you’re logged onto AskNow and click the Online Chat button or link, you will be connected with your psychic of choice. It might take just a few seconds to be connected. Then, you’ll see a window screen pop up where you can introduce yourself in writing, type your comments and get an immediate response from your psychic! After each statement you type, just hit "enter/return" to continue to the following line.
If you’re using our service for the first time, you’ll receive an audio alert when your 3 minutes of free time is winding down, so make sure your speaker volume is up. If you're an existing customer with time in your account, 3 free minutes will automatically be added. Once your 3 free minutes are up, your existing account minutes will automatically be used. Should you wish to continue your Online Chat conversation once your free time is up, just continue chatting. To quit, simply click the "End Session" button.
Once your Chat Session is over you can "Rate Your Psychic" and post your comments about your experience.
