Once you’ve decided on a psychic, click the “Call Me: I’m available” button. Some psychics in our service also provide Online Chat services. You’ll see a “Chat with Me: I’m available” button if they do. If the psychic you wish to connect with is occupied with other calls, you’ll see an “Arrange a call: I’m on a call/chat” button. Click that button, then select a time window for the psychic to call you back.

If you’re a first-time caller, once you click a “Call me” or “Chat with me” button, you’ll receive a voice prompt requesting credit card information so that you can reserve minutes of talk/chat time, which you can use however you like. Any minutes you don’t use on a call with be reserved for future use.
